October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Bahrain Cancer Society ( BCS ) will carry on an extensive Awareness & Fundraising program that can be summerized as follows:



1- Al A'ali Mall & BCS : "PINK IS IN event : Fundraising & Awareness Event Starting 15th October - 15th November , 2008

2- RUN , WALK 4 CANCER 2 : BCS is organizing a Walkathon of 5.2km. on Fraiday 17th Oct. 2008 at 4:00pm, Location & route map is attached.

3- Amwaj Islands & BCS is organizing " Triathlon " on 24th October 2008 .Details attached.

4- Think Pink Golf : Think Pink Bahrain and the Royal Golf Club will organise the third annual ladies only Golf Day. The tournament brings together women with two common passions, the fight against breast cancer and golf. Venue: His Majesty’s Private Gold Course-Safrriya

5-Think Pink Gala Dinner : One of the biggest events on the calendar of Think Pink Bahrain, Think Pink will host its fourth gala dinner to raise funds for breast cancer awareness in aid of Bahrain Cancer Society. The gala will include a four course dinner, private auction and other opportunities for guests to pledge their support to the cause.
